Out on a Limb

Beautifully spotted (almost rosetted, really) bobcat taken in north Texas in December, delivered home last week. The customer was really excited to get his cat back. That's always fun.

The customer provided the tree limb for the mount. This mount was designed to be displayed in a corner of the home. It has two hangers affixed to the limb that will anchor it to two connecting walls-- one on the back end of the limb and one at the other end near the cat's left forepaw.

Also I should have photographed this cat on a black background. Editing out the props supporting it over this tie-dye backdrop was way too much hassle, and it kind of shows.
